Higher, Michael Bublé's last album, is already available on Wersja Karaoke

Worthy heir to the jazz singers of the 1950s, Canadian artist Michael Bublé just released his new solo album Higher.

A mix of pop, jazz and disco, the crooner's latest 13 songs are already available, track by track on Wersja Karaoke.

❤️‍🔥 Love and disco

The single Higher, which is also the name of Michael Bublé’s 11th solo album, encapsulates the Canadian singer’s pop power. A pop that is full of love, just like the song I’ll Never Not Love You, a declaration of his undying love for his wife!

In this new album, we can find quite a few covers like Make You Feel My Love by Bob Dylan (performed by Adele in 2008) and the classic Smile, A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square (which was popularized by Bobby Darin). The main surprise in Higher is the new version of the disco hit You’re the First, the Last, My Everything by Barry White. It sounds like Bublé wants us to rock our parents' disco pants!

With his radiant smile and his boy next door looks, one could easily forget that Michael Bublé has been around for twenty years! The 46-year-old Canadian of Italian descent has sold no less than 75 million albums worldwide.

And at least once a year, the singer puts on Santa’s boots to light up our homes with Christmas covers like Let It Snow.

🎙️ The crooner classics

Black and white photo, loose tie, with his hands in his pockets… The style of the Canadian crooner is captured on the cover of his 2005 album "It’s Time". His trademark: covers of the jazz vocal repertoire.

"Birds flying high / You Know How I Feel… " Like our guy hailing from British Columbia, put on your suit to sing the arrangements à la James Bond of Feeling Good, which is still one of his most memorable covers.

If you like this type of ambiance, then you will enjoy this version of Cry Me a River, a classic jazz blues from the 1950s. And how about turning up the heat with Fever?

For musicians who are also Frank Sinatra fans, have a listen to this cover of The Way You Look Tonight… Now compare it to Sway, a song that was made famous in 1954 by another legendary crooner, Dean Martin, based on a mambo song.

Like the great cover master, you can also revisit the soul repertoire in this subtle balance of double bass and brass featured in Me and Mrs. Jones, originally recorded by Billy Paul.

🎶 Pop that puts you in a good mood

Yes, Michael Bublé is the worthy successor of the crooners of the 50s and 60s, but he is also the songwriter of Feel Good songs that will get your guests in the right mood.

Starting with surefire piano chords, the most iconic track is the single Haven’t Met You Yet. Next, you should listen to It’s a Beautiful Day based on the same formula. With his ballad called Home, you'll be able to explore the more pop side of Michael Bublé.

Want to bring a fresh vibe to your setlist? Try the guitar chords from Someday, a collaboration with British artist Harry Styles and American singer Meghan Trainor. Another collab worth mentioning is the one with Charlie Puth on Love You Anymore.

Last but not least, we also recommend the cover of the wonderful God Only Knows by The Beach Boys. Chills are guaranteed!
